I'm sorry, but I think these photos are fake (as are the alleged weights). I have lost 112 lbs. I'm 5'8 and started my weight loss journey at 288lbs & was bigger everywhere than the chick in her 309 lb pic. Now I'm down to 176 lbs. My body is NOT as small or toned as her 180 lb pic. I also notice how she looks rather toned even at 309 lbs. I've never seen that. And where is her dangling, extra skin and stretch marks, cellulite, 'fat,' etc?
It's great to inspire people and teach them. But if these pictures aren't genuine, PLEASE post pictures of another woman who has true before and after shots so women can see what they're REALLY going to look like after a substantial weight loss. That way, they won't get discouraged & they'll know it's natural for your skin to sag & dangle as you lose weight.
